This ultra flavorful low-carb Sloppy Joe recipe was originally taken from our sister website, Living Well Spending Less, and has long been a family favorite (even for people who eat carbs), handed down from my dear departed Grandma Nelly.
Now that we’ve adapted it to be keto-friendly by swapping out a few of the most sugary ingredients for sugar-free versions, it’s a great low-carb dinner option that even your pickiest eaters will love.
Save on time during the week by preparing the sloppy joe mix ahead of time, then freezing or refrigerating until needed. You can even double or triple the recipe to keep on hand!
Serve with our Magic Protein Rolls, or, in a pinch, pick up some ready-made keto hamburger buns from your local grocery store.
