Amazing! Such a relief in my keto world! I had to use some cheddar, and I misread the directions and brushed the butter on before baking. But it still turned out great! Made an olive oil dipping plate and even the kids loved it!

That must’ve tasted awful.

I have grown Stevia, and even the fresh leaves have a taste that I had to adjust to. Even though it’s just the natural plant, it reminds my taste buds of fake sweeteners. And especially if I overdo it!

There are definitely better and worse liquid Stevias.

The flavored Stevia’s also seem to blend better with the overall taste.

For most baked goods, I use a mixture of liquid Stevia and xylitol. It’s hard to get the level of sweetness I want without overdoing the Stevia. Plus a granulated sweetener gives that delightful texture.

I know it’s frustrating, but don’t give up!

Not true, there is only a difference of 10 ml between UK & US measure, which equates to approximately 1/3 of an ounce (27 ml to the ounce)
The UK cups are 250mls and US cups are 240mls, so UK half cups are 125mls whereas US half cups are 120mls (quarter cups tend to be the same at 60mls). However for most recipes the difference is small and won’t affect the finished dish.
